Terms and conditions
•
National Parks Fees are excluded and must be paid directly
to the camp on arrival
•
Single supplements may be
waivered on request for Zimbabwean properties and only
charged in high season - however this will be at the discretion
of the individual property
•
Transfers and meals are NETT
- non commissionable
•
Low season - 1st November
- 30th November and 6th January - 30th March
•
High season - 1st April -
30th October, 1st December - 5th January
•
Whilst rates are quoted in
good faith, they are subject to change without notice
CHILDRENS POLICY
•
Whilst some camps accept
children, others will only accept on request so family
bookings will be at the discretion of the lodges.
•
Children (defined as 2yrs
to 11ys) sharing with their parents - 50% of the rate
•
Children in their own lodges
will pay between 75% to 100% of the applicable rate
•
Depending on the ages of
the children, it is at the lodges' discretion as to which
activities they may be allowed to take part in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•
All bookings will be held
by the Central Reservations Office as provisional, until
the agent advises that they have collected payment from
the client, only then will they revert to a confirmed
status.
•
Bookings cancelled 30 days
from travel - 25% cancellation fee
•
Bookings cancelled 15 days
from travel - 50% cancellation fee
•
Bookings cancelled 7 days
from travel - 100% cancellation fee
•
All cancellations are reviewed
on merit and where possible the Central Booking office
will take this up with the Camp concerned. However it
is at the discretion of the Camp as to whether the cancellation
charge is raised!
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
•
It is Top of the Range policy
to require payment in full before date of travel. Failure
to do so will result in booking being cancelled or the
clients being asked to pay cash on arrival.
